Onboarding with Carrots™ is a highly interactive training session that includes leadership concepts from The New York Times bestselling book The Carrot Principle. This lively, humorous training helps managers better engage new-hires early in the onboarding process, and teaches principles that will help managers build more effective relationships with each of their employees.


This critical workshop instructs managers on how to increase employee retention by using the Basic Four skill set (goal-setting, communication, trust and accountability) accelerated with Recognition at important touch points in a new hire’s employment.
