Based on the New York Times bestselling book, The Carrot Principle, and delivered by bestselling business authors and nationally recognized speakers Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton, A Carrot A Day Online Recognition Training teaches managers how to effectively appreciate great work and enhance employee engagement—from their desktops.

This training takes a three-step approach beginning with a customized live webinar, followed by self-paced interactive training and continues with practical tools to reinforce the training.

1: Start with a Live Webinar

The Carrots Online training experience begins with an energetic one-hour webcast facilitated by one of our world-class Carrot Culture trainers. Managers will quickly understand the vision of your organization’s recognition strategy and how recognition done right increases employee engagement, reduces turnover and boosts business results. Our trainers will also debunk common myths and misconceptions about recognition, focusing on responses drawn from your organization’s complimentary 180° Carrot Survey, and they will answer any other questions during the Ask The Expert segment of the webinar.
Length: 1 hour

2: Continue with Interactive Self-Paced Training

Delivered by bestselling business authors Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton, the A Carrot A Day Online module teaches the value of recognition through a series of descriptive stories, research data, best-practice examples and interactive exercises designed to uncover how recognition can accelerate your organization’s performance and increase employee engagement.

Participants will be trained to inspire commitment, dedication, loyalty and accelerated performance throughout the organization—leading to increased employee retention and a passionate, high-performance culture. Each manager’s thoughts, ideas, insights and exercise input are captured in a printable participant workbook for further review.
Length: 1.5 - 2 hours

3: Keep it Going with Recognition Tools

Upon completion of the online training module, managers can order their own recognition resource library—chock full of additional tools and support materials. These resources bolster recognition efforts and help managers continue honing their recognition skills on the job.
