A contributing author of the bestseller A Carrot A Day, co-author of The Levity Effect, a regular columnist for Workplace HR and Safety magazines and a distinguished consultant on recognition, Scott travels the world speaking to leadership groups at conferences, conventions, and on-site customer meetings.
With a background in radio, television, and film, Scott offers a presenting style that is upbeat, witty, and unforgettable. His sessions are typically “standing room only” and receive the highest commendations and evaluations.
In his rare spare time, Scott is a professional voice over artist, emcee and actor (SAG), appearing on the network television series Everwood and Touched by an Angel and in several Disney Channel movies.
While at Brigham Young University, Scott was honored with the United States’ most prestigious acting scholarship, the Irene Ryan Award, at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

Whether broadcasting live while bungee jumping, interviewing highly respectable musicians or giving relationship advice on her Friday evening talk show, Andrea infused every aspect of her 11-year radio career with quick wit and enthusiasm.
Nominated as “Personality of the Year” by Radio and Records magazine in 2000, Andrea was voted “Best Disc Jockey in Utah” in 2002—and she has the plaque to prove it. Andrea eventually left radio to work in the pharmaceutical industry where she wowed physicians, nurses, and medical assistants with her dynamic presentation, Medicare Part D: How it’s Ruining Your Life.

As speaker and trainer for The Carrot Culture Group, Chris combines his rich background with the experience of more than a decade of teaching, training and presenting.
A graduate of Brigham Young University, he has facilitated everything from employee motivation strategies and workshops on effective presentation skills to intensive Japanese language courses. He has presented to executives and managers at leading corporations across the world, including 3Com, Novell, Bioware, PDL BioPharma, Buehler Foods and American Express.
In his spare time Chris enjoys photography and acting. He appeared in an episode of “ER” and once played a scene opposite Welsh screen legend Anthony Hopkins. And he also met Bobby Brown in a Dallas Airport.
